Messaging, Payments, Reminders & Booking: Set-up

  • The whole platform, including messaging, payments, reminders, appointments booking, digital forms, product ordering, product follow-ups, automated journeys and internal messaging is £249/mo for up to 300 conversations.

    As you choose to use Digital Practice more, you can increase your conversation allowance for a cost.

  • No. Our clients continue to use Digital Practice because they love it, not because they’re tied into a contract.

    We ask for just one month’s notice.

  • We count a conversation as unlimited messages between your team and a single client within a 24 hour period.

  • Yes! We know how important it is for your team to feel confident and excited about using new technology. So we offer face-to-face or remote training to every practice we work with. You’ll also have a dedicated account manager so you always know where to go for help.

  • Getting Digital Practice integrated into your clinic takes approximately 4 weeks. This is partly owing to Meta taking a little time to create your WhatsApp business number. From the get go we’ll set up onboarding calls with you to talk you through steps to take and so you understand the steps we’re taking our side too.

Messaging, Payments, Reminders & Booking: Using

  • Yes. We call this broadcast messaging, a great tool to let your clients know about holiday opening hours or a special offer.

  • It depends on your PMS. For most of them it does, for Robovet you need to save it as a PDF and then upload to your PMS.

  • Messages can be assigned to different members of the team. Messages also display as being ‘with client’ meaning you’re waiting for a reply from the client, or ‘with clinic’ meaning the client is waiting on your reply.

  • You can select the method when you start the message or the system will choose WhatsApp by default. If your client doesn’t have WhatsApp it will automatically get sent by SMS instead.

  • As long as your client has these set up on their phone, they can pay by these methods or by card. If they don’t have one or both set up, they can only pay by card.

Websites & Reviews

  • We start with a meeting to understand you and your practice. What makes you unique, what your clients love about you, your brand, specialities and more. From there we create a website with all the resources and information a pet-owner expects, with a completely unique look and feel.
    Once you’re happy, all that’s left is to launch!

  • Absolutely - and for free! Your website comes with 24 months of hosting, support and management. You can also update it yourself so you have complete control.

  • Our Pet health fact sheets and interactive symptom and poisons guides are all written by vets and can be customised, both the content and the branding.

    They create a valuable resource on your website for your clients and help you know they are getting trusted advice online. They are automatically updated too.

  • Our websites are £249/mo on a 24 month contract. Hosting and updates are included too.

    • Vet-written pet health factsheets, a symptom checker and poisons guide for your website

  • Our reviews package costs £99/mo, with a rolling 30 day contract.
